SHIPPING SERVICE

All orders are shipped on Monday thru Friday from California. UPS Ground service (or US Postal Service) is used as our standard shipping service. Delivery will usually take 2 to 7 working days depends on your location. If item is out of stock or back ordered, you will be notified for the information. As we ship out the order, the UPS package notification with Tracking # (QuantumViewNotify@ups.com) will be E-mailed to you. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Weekends or the holidays.

The following flat shipping/handling fees are applied for orders within the continental US (48 states).

Free Standard Shipping on Orders over $100 (within the continental US – 48 states)

Standard (UPS Ground/US Postal Service),
All Orders up to 4 lbs are $7.95 (3 to 7 days delivery)

For “UPS 3 Day Select” Service,
All orders up to 2 lbs are $13.95

For “2nd Day Air” Service,
Upto 2 lbs package –> $21.95

For “Next Day Air” Service, (Order needs to be in before 10 AM for same day shipping)
Upto 2 lbs package –> $42.95

Note: The additional shipping fee for the packages over 2 lbs (via Air) and 4 lbs (via Ground) may get added as we ship out the order.

For California residents, CA state tax will be applied on the ordered amount.

Hawaii, Alaska and other US Islands

The shipping & Handling charges to Hawaii and Alaska are flat $19.95 upto 3 lbs via either UPS or US priority Mail. It will take 4 to 7 days to be delivered.

Canadian customers

We welcome orders from Canada. The UPS or US postal service will be used. The expedited shipping options are not available to Canada. All selected shipping option will be processed as a standard shipping and the flat fee of $15.95 (up to 3 lbs) will get charged. The delivery will normally take 7 to 14 working days. (Due to the international custom process, the delivery time can vary for each package.)

Up to 3 lbs of Order weight     –> $15.95

The Customers are responsible for the duties and taxes upon arrival of your package, if there is any.

International customers

The shipping fee for each order will be notified to the international customer before order gets processed. The orders can only be shipped to the address of the card holder.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Tiffany’s Beauty Supply, all of our merchandises are guaranteed from defects for 30 days from the date marked on your receipt. For Electrical Appliances (Hair Dryers, Curling Irons, etc.), replacements for defective products are allowed within 30 days of the receipt date. After the 30 days, defective appliances should be sent to the warranty service center designated by the manufacturer of your appliance.

Note: The hair wigs/extensions/brushes are not returnable due to the health & sanitary reasons.

The merchandise can be returned/ exchanged within 30 days of receiving the package. The shipping fees are not refundable, and all of the returns/ exchanges are subject to 15% restocking fee. Please e-mail us at sales@tiffanysbeauty.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before returning. The return will be processed within 10 working days from the receipt of the return. We recommend all return packages to be insured, and keep the proof of shipping.
